Erin Welfelt

I have been a REALTOR® in the Gunnison Valley since 2017 and work at Signature Properties Ebner & Associates based out of Crested Butte, CO. I was born and raised in Western Colorado and moved to Gunnison in 2015. I came to Gunnison with my daughter and we purchased our home in 2016. I have worked with Sellers and Buyers from Crested Butte all the way to the North Fork Valley! I started my real estate career in 2016, while at the same time, working for a large property management company in Crested Butte. My experience in property management gave me the opportunity to work closely with homeowners, board members and title companies. After six years in that world, and a lot of HOA management under my belt, I decided it was time to fully focus on real estate. I was fortunate enough to find my spot working as a Broker Associate for Signature Properties. In addition, I work as the Executive Assistant to the owner, Jesse Ebner and serve as the Vice President on my HOA board.
